Danielle is a litigator with experience representing clients in complex commercial disputes, arbitration proceedings, appellate matters, intellectual property disputes, and employment litigation. 

She has represented clients in high-staked disputes across a range of industries, including financial technology, entertainment, technology and social-media platforms, and consumer products.  Danielle's practice spans all stages of litigation, including motion practice, case development, overseeing discovery, and trial preparation.  She has significant experience navigating complex factual disputes in discovery and drafting trial and appellate briefs.

Before returning to private practice, Danielle served as a law clerk to the Honorable Holly A. Thomas of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit. 

Danielle maintains an active pro bono practice focused on women's rights and immigration.  Her pro bono experience includes strategic litigation in support of women's rights internationally, as well as representing asylum seekers in immigration proceedings and appeals.
