Elizabeth is a commercial litigator with experience working on a range of business disputes, particularly those arising in the real estate, hospitality, and healthcare staffing industries. Her experience includes drafting and responding to dispositive and non-dispositive motions, developing litigation strategy, and participating in the discovery process. Elizabeth’s notable representations include obtaining a directed verdict at trial which was later unanimously affirmed on appeal, securing summary judgment for several clients, and maintaining an active pro bono practice focusing on asylum matters, LGBTQ rights, and reproductive justice.
