Jade White is an accomplished litigator with a wide-ranging commercial practice, representing clients in complex business and real estate disputes across numerous industries.
Known for his strategic thinking and results-driven approach, Jade has successfully defended clients in high-stakes matters, from lease disagreements to trade secret battles.
In one notable case, he represented a landlord in a lease dispute involving COVID-19 moratorium issues and Proposition 65, securing a dismissal of the tenant’s claims and compelling financial disclosures that ultimately dismantled the opposing defense. He played a key role in protecting a pharmacy automation company’s trade secrets, helping to obtain an injunction against former executives attempting to launch a rival business with misappropriated information.
Jade also achieved a complete dismissal with prejudice for a leading financial institution facing serious fiduciary and fraud claims, and helped executives avoid litigation entirely by winning jurisdictional challenges in a contract dispute. In arbitration, he advocated for a CEO and private equity fund in a contentious partnership dispute involving allegations of misappropriation and retaliation.
Committed to justice beyond commercial matters, Jade has also contributed significant pro bono work—most notably, securing compassionate release for a client serving a life sentence for a marijuana conviction. His practice reflects both legal rigor and human impact.
