Melissa Winner is a generalist commercial litigator with experience representing clients in various phases of complex business litigation, arbitration, investigation, and enforcement matters.  Missy has counseled a broad range of clients, from Fortune 500 companies to family businesses, across a range of practice areas such as antitrust litigation and enforcement, contractual disputes, probate and estate, and white-collar matters. 

Prior to her legal career, Missy served in the United States Air Force as a nuclear missile operator and then headed her family's tri-state disaster restoration and construction businesses.  Her deep experience with organizational leadership complements her passions for teamwork and efficient-but-thorough lawyering.
