Nancy Sotomayor is a litigator and advisor focused primarily on the staffing industry.

She represents employers in complex litigation matters involving class actions, FLSA collectives, and PAGA lawsuits. Nancy regularly advises clients on compliance with wage and hour law, as well as other related laws.

Nancy combines her knowledge of the staffing industry with her expertise in legal compliance to advise the staffing industry on how to efficiently and effectively comply with the law and reduce potential liability.

Among her notable results is the enforcement of a venue selection clause in over 20 individually filed arbitrations against a healthcare staffing company requiring the claimants to arbitrate in the healthcare staffing company's principal place of business.

Whether litigating or advising clients, Nancy uses her expertise and strategic thinking to obtain the best possible outcomes for her clients.
