Grove Files Amicus Brief in the Supreme Court of the United States on Behalf of pro bono Clients in Little v. Hecox and West Virginia v. B.P.J.


Grove is proud to represent a coalition of esteemed non-profit organizations before the Supreme Court of the United States. On their behalf, we filed an amicus curiae brief in the appeals of Little v. Hecox and West Virginia v. B.P.J. Our brief conveys the simple but vital truth that all people—regardless of their gender identities—deserve to be treated with dignity and respect and should be free to live their authentic truth without fear of discrimination or oppression.
