Sarah Kroll-Rosenbaum founded Grove to build the law firm she wished existed: a legal services platform rooted in authentic lawyering, built for collaboration, and designed to elevate both clients and lawyers through trust, strategic insight, and compassion.

Known for leading large, cross-functional legal teams, she brings a systems-level perspective to strategically aligning litigation and compliance with a long-term values driven vision. Sarah has defended dozens of complex class, collective, and representative actions, and is a trusted advisor to executive teams seeking principled, actionable counsel through high-stakes litigation, regulatory risk, and transformative decision-making.

With a specialty in the staffing industry, Sarah is nationally recognized for innovative leadership and advocacy. She received the 2025 Legacy Award from the National Association of Travel Healthcare Organizations (NATHO), and is consistently named to the Los Angeles Business Journal’s list of Top Litigators. She is a frequent speaker for national organizations including the American Staffing Association, Staffing Industry Analysts, and NATHO.

Grounded in a deep respect for the rule of law and a belief that legal strategy should be both rigorous and imaginative, she is widely respected for her ability to clarify complexity, and commitment to improving the industries she serves.

Beyond her legal work, Sarah is actively involved in her community. She serves as a parent leader at the Wildwood School and as a member of IKAR. She is also a proud mother of two and brings the same presence, creativity, and grounded care to parenting that she brings to her practice—believing that integrity, authenticity, and mutuality are at the heart of all systems, whether at home, in the practice of law, or in the world at large.
