Sarah Kroll-Rosenbaum founded Grove to build the law firm she wished existed: a legal services platform rooted in authentic lawyering, designed for collaboration, and built to elevate both clients and lawyers through trust, strategic insight, and compassion.

A nationally recognized litigator and strategic advisor, Sarah is known for leading large, cross-functional legal teams through complex disputes, regulatory challenges, and high-stakes business decisions. Her work is grounded in a systems-level approach that aligns litigation, compliance, and organizational strategy with long-term integrity and sustainable outcomes.

Sarah has defended dozens of complex class, collective, and representative actions and is a trusted advisor to executive teams navigating legal risk in rapidly evolving industries. She is particularly recognized for her work in the staffing industry, where she counsels clients at the intersection of workforce strategy, regulation, operational change, and innovation.

Central to Sarah’s work is her evolving framework around integrity as a decision discipline rather than simply a value. Drawing on systems thinking and the structural principles underlying the rule of law, she helps clients navigate complexity with greater coherence, clarity, and accountability. She is widely respected for her ability to translate difficult legal and operational challenges into actionable strategies that strengthen both institutions and relationships over time.

Sarah received the 2025 Legacy Award from the National Association of Travel Healthcare Organizations (NATHO) and is consistently named to the Los Angeles Business Journal’s list of Top Litigators. She is a frequent speaker for national organizations including the American Staffing Association, Staffing Industry Analysts, and NATHO, where she speaks on litigation strategy, workforce transformation, artificial intelligence, compliance, and integrity-centered leadership.

Grounded in a deep respect for the rule of law and a belief that rigorous analysis and imagination are not opposites, Sarah approaches legal practice as both strategic problem-solving and human stewardship. She is known for clarifying complexity, fostering authentic partnership, and helping clients make decisions that are not only defensible, but durable.

Beyond her legal work, Sarah is actively involved in her community. She serves as a parent leader at the Wildwood School and as a member of IKAR. She is also a proud mother of two and brings the same presence, creativity, and grounded care to parenting that she brings to her practice, believing that integrity, authenticity, and mutuality are at the heart of all thriving systems, whether at home, in the practice of law, or in the world at large.
