Sarah Kroll-Rosenbaum founded Grove to build the law firm she wished existed: a legal services platform rooted in authentic lawyering, designed for collaboration, and built to elevate both clients and lawyers through trust, strategic insight, and compassion.
A nationally recognized litigator and strategic advisor, Sarah is known for leading large, cross-functional legal teams through complex disputes, regulatory challenges, and high-stakes business decisions. Her work is grounded in a systems-level approach that aligns litigation, compliance, and organizational strategy with long-term integrity and sustainable outcomes.
Sarah has defended dozens of complex class, collective, and representative actions and is a trusted advisor to executive teams navigating legal risk in rapidly evolving industries. She is particularly recognized for her work in the staffing industry, where she counsels clients at the intersection of workforce strategy, regulation, operational change, and innovation.
Central to Sarah’s work is her evolving framework around integrity as a decision discipline rather than simply a value.
